Rules for Cookery Classes

Presentation will be taken into account
-
All exposed food to be covered with cling film or a plastic dome. No other covering permitted.

All entries in cookery classes will be tasted and all elements must be edible.
-
Classes 84-86 to be presented in clear jars with sealed screw top lids.
-
Class 87 to be presented in clear jars with wax disc and cellophane covering.
-
Classes 89 & 90, pickles, to be in clear jars with new vinegar resistant tops.
-
Classes 84-90 Jars to have labels of suitable size and stating type and date made.
-
No trade names permitted on jars.

The recipes for classes 93 and 105 are given here.

Cakes to be displayed on plates approximately 2cm larger than cake all round.
-
No accessories permitted.
