Section G - Cookery
Rules for Cookery Classes

Presentation will be taken into account
-
All exposed food to be covered with cling film
-
All entries in cookery classes are subject to tasting.
-
Classes 84-88 to be presented in clear jars with wax disc and cellophane covering.

Classes 89 & 90, pickles, to be in clear jars with new vinegar resistant tops.
-
Classes 84-90 Jars to have labels of suitable size and stating type and date. No trade names permitted on jars.
-
The recipes for classes 93 and 105 are given on the Recipes Page.
-
Cakes to be displayed on plates approximately 2cm larger than cake all round.
-
No accessories permitted except in Class 92.
